Detailed Description: Operating Procedures and Precautions for Large-Scale CNC Machining
To ensure correct and reasonable operation of large CNC machine tools and reduce failure rates, operators must follow standardized operating procedures. Machine tool operation is only allowed with the approval of management personnel.
1. Pre-start Precautions
Operators must be familiar with the performance and operation methods of the CNC machine tool.
Check whether voltage, air pressure and hydraulic pressure meet the operating requirements before power on.
Inspect the movable parts to ensure they are in normal working condition.
Verify the worktable position and ensure no overtravel limit occurs.
Check electrical components for firm installation and reliable wiring connection.
Ensure the machine tool grounding wire is reliably connected to the workshop grounding system.
Turn on the main power switch only after all pre-start inspections are completed.
2. Precautions During Startup
Strictly follow the specified startup sequence in the machine tool manual.
Return the machine tool to the reference point to establish the standard machine coordinate system.
Allow the machine to idle for at least 15 minutes after startup to reach a stable working state.
Wait at least 5 minutes before restarting after shutdown; frequent startup and shutdown are prohibited.
3. Precautions During Commissioning
Edit, modify and verify the machining program properly; perform idle running for the first trial.
Install and adjust fixtures correctly, and clean iron filings and debris from positioning surfaces.
Clamp the workpiece firmly to ensure accurate and reliable positioning during machining.
Install cutting tools correctly and ensure tool numbers match the program in machining centers.
Complete tool setting based on the workpiece programming origin and set tool compensation for all tools.
